billy was a very happy wee boy never complained about anything even though he could not walk or sit
up him self billy was very intelligent loved playstation he completed every game and bet all the
adults he loved dolphins he suffered spinal muscular atrophy he was a cheeky wee boy he would put
you in your place if you were out of line it was a joy to have billy he kept you on your toes and
now we are lost with out him its not the same with out billy every body loved him he was a very
special little boy
